If you have a DJI battery and you believe it's still in warranty period, please follow the following steps to apply for the DJI warranty:
Take a clear picture for the error code you get on your remote control.
Take a clear picture for the battery serial number.
To submit a warranty case, DJI requires a comparison video between the faulty battery and a good one. You only show us the SN for the faulty one. Here is how the video should look like,
4. Please e-mail all the information above to "support@dji-utah.com" along with the name of seller who sold you the battery.
