Shipping Policy

All orders for in-stock merchandise, in which the customer has selected Ground, three day,  two day, or overnight shipping, are guaranteed to ship the same business day, if placed before 3:00PM MT. Orders for in stock merchandise, indicating these shipping methods, placed after 3:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day. Orders, in which the customer has selected economy shipping, will ship within 2-3 business days. Transit times vary, for economy shipments, from four business days to ten business days, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method.

We ship free to all US States. We might be able to ship to other countries, but please contact us before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept defective merchandise that was purchased from our store for refund or exchange under the following conditions: Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of arrival. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original package, and in resalable condition. For merchandise that is not defective, you will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee. You must include a note with the reason for return or exchange or we will not process your return. Defective merchandise will be replaced/repaired or refunded at our discretion.

Shipping Rules

Proofread your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.

If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Rujava, or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee.

Refund policy for all DJI DRONES
  • We offer a 7-day buyer’s remorse return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned without any restocking fees. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, expedited shipping methods, and the 3.5% credit card transaction fee. Before returning please email us at to receive instruction.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Opened boxes will incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Box or Damaged Product:

If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact us at no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Support immediately

Refusal of Delivery:

If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:

Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted a customer support the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
