To begin troubleshooting this issue. We recommend you do the following steps.
Disconnect and clean the spraying signal cable that runs from the spraying adaptive module on the tank to the drone. Try to calibrate the pumps if the system allows them to do so.
If you have a spreader, replace the spraying system with the spreader. If no errors are displayed, that tells you that the boards on the drone are good, and the issue could be either the spraying signal cable or the spraying adapter module on the tank. If so, we recommend replacing the signal cable first, test. If the issue persists, then replace the spraying adapter module.
This is a follow up for the same pump error issues,
We got a new spray module through the warranty, and we installed the new spray module, did updates for module and drone as well as made sure RC was updated. Current software version for RC 01.01.0838 aircraft 01.00.0515 battery is 06.01.00.19. We are getting the same codes as before
Delivery pump 1 ESC error
Delivery pump 2 ESC error
Pump 1 Voltage too low
Pump 2 Voltage too low
The payload indicator is constantly moving from full to empty. When the harness for the scale is disconnected it recognizes that it is not connected.
We check all connections on main board.
Trying to clear trapped air just says preparing for a long time and does nothing.
When we try to do a pump calibration the nozzle rotates but the pumps do not move any water and says calibration failed
If you have replaced the spray module and the gallons are now fluctuating, you will have to input the numbers that are on the load sensor module in the remote control.
To do this, go to begin >> setting >> spray system >> weight sensor >> advance settings. On that page, there will be a box to input the 12-digit number that is on the load sensor module. It will look something like this: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.
For the pump errors, if you have swapped the spraying tank with the spreader and errors display on the remote controller related to this. That tells us that the issue is on the drone. Since we have already replaced the spraying module, we believe that the Avionics or the cable distribution board may be faulty. We recommend replacing the Avionics first and then testing. If the issue persists, replace the cable distribution board.
Can you please e-mail us the SN of your Avionics? We will go through the warranty process to send you both the cable distribution board and the Avionics, also; like before you will have to send us both suspected boards. We will provide the returning shipping address as soon as you send us the SN for Avionics. The SN for the cable distribution you sent to us before, so don't worry about this one.
attached is a picture of the avionics board. I have the cable distribution board out also, do the cables stay attached to the board? I am ready to ship them out in the morning please verify everything is correct.
Such a nice and informative post, Loved reading it, please do keep posting such amazing content. transmission repair
